As Practice Manager at Takapuna Health, a busy GP-owned practice on Auckland’s North Shore, she oversees the day-to-day operations of a clinic serving over 7,500 patients.

Bethan’s expertise lies in streamlining processes, improving efficiency, and driving strategic development within medical practices. Her leadership extends beyond the clinic, having served as an Executive Board member of the Practice Managers and Administrators Association of New Zealand (PMAANZ) from 2019 to 2022, where she gained valuable governance experience and insight into primary healthcare policy.
